Director

James Monahan

In 2016 James Monahan identified a gap in the market, a full service construction company with a customer centric approach. It was from this light bulb moment that Eclipse was born.

James has a diverse skill set (he holds Unlimited Commercial CB-U and Domestic Unlimited DB-U building practitioner licenses) based in both development and construction that has been fine tuned over 24 years. It’s this experience that allows him to provide a holistic approach.

James is also a keen cyclist and father to a beautiful young daughter. He approaches life, like he does work, with a considered passion.
